Refund Policy (English Version)

Thank you for using Quest Room Online.

1. Refund eligibility

Refunds are only available if the user has completed no more than 3 tasks of the quest. Once the 4th task is started, no refund is possible.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@quest-room.online with the subject “Refund request”, including:

  • The email address used for payment;
  • The team name you registered with.

3. Request review

Once we receive your request, our team will verify how many tasks were completed. If we confirm that no more than three tasks were passed, the refund will be approved.

4. Refund method and timing

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method (bank card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Funds will be returned within 5 business days after confirmation.

5. Important information

  • After the 4th task is started, no refund will be issued, even partially.
  • We reserve the right to reject the request if the data is incorrect or payment cannot be verified.

6. Policy updates
